Polish action that could become a worthy blockbuster, but something was not enough. About everything in order.
The plot is simple as three kopecks, but the topic itself will always be relevant and interesting. At least for me, since I really love everything mystical and mysterious. This topic can be interpreted endlessly and those who are interested in it will never get tired of fantasize.
In my opinion, the plot could be expanded by the addition of various characters associated with angels and demons, but it turned out briefly, here is the heaven and the devil, and we act as the performer of dirty work.
Plot Description:
“The plot tells of the centuries -old enmity of paradise and hell. Agent Ryan Lennox, formerly a former archangel, now works for Satan. Light forces, are not satisfied with this, so they arranged for Samael (such a real name Ryan) a real hunt. Which, however, is not so simple – “in hell” Lennox learned a whole bunch of powerful abilities ”.
The beginning is dynamic, bright, in the best traditions of the genre. The club is almost all of glass in neon light with a lot of enemies and you with one gun, it looks spectacular and promising.
The picture is above all praise! Pleasant and clear graphics, drawing detailed both characters and levels themselves. The brutal appearance of the character, clothing, hairstyle, all this for 2007 is implemented at a high level.
Agree, in the second screenshot a very brutal man, although he dies jumping from a height of two meters.
One of the favorite levels of a village with a monastery with abundant snowfall and snowdrifts is so good that I want to say thanks to the Poles.
Of course, this is not snow from Lost Planet, but the class of companies is different, including the budget that developers can afford.
NPC is missing, in principle there are few in the game, because of this there is a feeling of despondency.
I would like more destruction, but what is, that is,. We will blow up barrels of combustible, surveillance cameras and motion sensors, transformer booths and generators, sometimes glass and boards. From the shots do not remain marked, as well as from grenades.
This is one of the levels with large -scale destruction, for the action I consider a small minus a small number of such scenes, they discharge the situation and puts it up to continue the game.
The scale of the cards is impressive, they are huge, which is only worth the aircraft carrier full of sailors and robots, outside of which dozens of fighters. One of the most difficult missions in the game.
Why do I devote so much time to these missions? Because only they are as intense as possible.
There is a lot of fire in the game and it looks realistic, it’s a pity the fighters could not be destroyed.
Active moments in the game are not as many as we would like and they manifest themselves in order to run a head forward, shooting suddenly appearing enemies, through the destroying stairs, etc. D.
There will be a lot of cruising boats with enemies in the port, the fighters will crawl out of all the cracks, the crane will try to block the path destroying the bridges. On the same location, we will visit Rimbaeus and sitting behind the turret installed on a moving train, we will get out with enemies and the most difficult task in this task (depending on how many cartridges you have) to run along the metal stairs of the factory jumping and Lasia through the pipes, shooting the fingers of heaven in the way in two minutes (there will be a reverse countdown) to leave the building. At such moments, you forget about monotonous wandering in factories.
If all missions were like that, I think the game would remember a much more people.
I can’t help but say about an interesting task in which we will be caught in a trap and we will carefully get out of it, bypassing security systems with the help of our abilities and beware of toxic gas.
In the end, with moving red screens, you need to show ingenuity in order to go further.
The most stupid moment in the game, in my opinion, is an attempt to throw out a technological ball from the aircraft. The first thing I saw four racks with the control panel and naturally decided to activate them, it wasn’t there, I climbed the entire room, I did not understand how to drop this thing (I repent, spied on the Internet).
It turns out in the corner of the cargo compartment Royal-vincit.co.uk there is a plain, lone lever that needs to be activated before moving to those four above the mentioned manipulators. That lever can only be found randomly, or with the help of those who have already done it before.
The final level is complex, but very beautiful! Jungle, heaven and sun in magnificent performance. Meteorite rain is realized so -so, especially lying meteorites under which there is no hint of a strong blow, just lie for decor.
We will resist all the types of enemies, including huge tower plasma turrets, it will not be so simple to climb the stairs, because the cartridges are not selected just as in other shooters.
But we will have a partner in the person of Barbara Mitchell, our old friend from heaven and part -time double agent.
In principle, this is all the most interesting that awaits us. Bossov will be considered separately, but for now about gameplay.
Interaction with objects is minimal, we can open boxes and chests, use computers and panels of door opening (very often have to do it), climb over the fence, climb pipes and stairs.
We can drag the barrels, large pieces of concrete, the bodies of opponents using the ability. Also make up for life, and pick up the cartridges sucking the soul from the enemy.
In the beginning, I liked the idea of replenishing the reserve of lives by sucking souls, but it is not so easy to do in battle, because it is possible to pick up cartridges that often end with the same ability.
Suspension of the soul and collecting cartridges, this is how this process looks. Not convenient, but cool. For me this is the only game with such a feature.
Another ability, super vision. It allows you to see codes for the opening panels of the door (who interestingly left them on the walls?), as well as to bypass the alarm, the mined field and the search for spheres with lives and mana.
Again, the appearance is good, but it was possible to expand the functionality, for example, see the nearest opponents through the walls.
The following ability to lift and move the object by type of barrel, container or corpse of the enemy.
It doesn’t look bad, but it will not be so often. It’s a pity you cannot destroy the walls with this ability.
Our next power lies in the devilish bullets (incendiary), which cause increased damage during the explosion.
One of the useful abilities that will help out throughout the game.
The second useful ability after hellish bullets teleportation. With the help of it, we can bypass the cameras and turn off the protection, then we will be able to teleport to two places at the same time to turn off the paired systems, at the end of the game we can completely make a jump in 3 places (though we will only use it a few times).
Implemented great, in any game I have not met such.
Acute vision is not the ability, but simply a feature, in my opinion is useless, I still did not understand why it is needed (if someone knows, write).
There are many enemies in the game and they are complex, they know how to dodge, hide, use teleportation, invisibility and cause significant damage.
On the way to our goal, they will try to stop us;Soldiers, soldiers with a flying satchel, invisibility, snipers with a teleport, sailors, soldiers with RPGs, soldiers with flamethrowers and plasma weapons, and of course robots.
The main thing is the bosses, some of which, in my opinion, are not standard, I can’t say that they are complex, rather, some are not clear how to win, for example, such a boss as Professor Wulf.
If at the beginning it is still clear what needs to be done, then at the end of the battle the developers have made and confuse you. The panels fall from the roof and the first thing you start to do is to bring the leader under them and actively shoot in the hope that they will fall on him, but not. You need to teleport to him behind his back and shoot at the jars of liquid on his back! There are many those who themselves thought before that?
The crane operator was very surprised! The moment is, of course, stupid, shooting at each other with concrete pillars is a complete trash, but the original.
For me personally, such bosses are at least strange, I don’t remember the game where the main villain of the level was a helicopter. Yes, there are villains by helicopter, but that the flying agent itself for the first time.
In the final, we will have several bosses, the first of which is Carlos, a huge angel, to kill us flying soldiers and quickly ending mana.
The second leader is the devil himself! It will be more difficult to kill due to manipulations with the panels of the bridge control panels, which are brought to the very technological ball, which will need to run there and backwards from the attacks of Satan.
In my opinion, they turned out to be successful and relatively interesting. The game has a lot of realistic fire, because the red demon itself emits it in huge quantities.
Management is intuitively understandable. It is based on a classic layout for the shooter, except skills, conveniently and does not create problems.
I liked the convenient hint in the management that appears if you press F1. Very convenient function, you do not need to spend time opening the menu.
There are two conservation options. The first option is quick conservation through F5. The second option via ESC and saving in cells, this option is more convenient, since you can choose one of the conservations later.

A dynamic, bright, devilish shooter with a classic plot about the struggle of the devil with heaven. Shootouts, super ability, excellent graphics and gameplay. In general, the game is not bad, but something is missing, there was often a feeling of boredom, little functionality in abilities, not a detailed plot.
I liked the game more than not. It is worth playing it, but I think that this game is not for everyone.

For its time, the game is not bad, but somehow I didn’t really go. Boring 🙂 Despite the praise towards graphics, shooting and animations even then seemed oak. A lot of annoying points, including long loads. But the main problem – after all, the super -sizes, the devil, and all this. But in fact it turned out a very standard shooter. This was disappointed. I thought that there would be either Suffering or the Resident Evil (in the first location this feeling was folded), but in the end you just shoot the whole game at the enemies who shoot in response. Plus, I personally passed it fully somewhere after Dark SecTOR, the comparison with which Infernal could not stand it 🙂
